Customer service as the spine
Customer service owns the active order journey after sale: confirmation, manufacturing release, customer updates, installer scheduling, issue resolution, and completion follow-up.
This addendum adds the Carport Operating System and Yoder Structures website to the same Yoder Intelligence platform approved in the signed engagement, supporting the goal of becoming the number one carport company in the nation.
The signed engagement already establishes the shared Yoder CRM, communications, user management, task infrastructure, reporting foundation, Yoder Intelligence direction, and fractional CTO relationship. This addendum brings the carport division into that same operating platform.
The carport workflow, website, internal and external communication history, customer-service process, Idea Room context, QuickBooks payment visibility, installer handoffs, reviews, and repair history become part of the same Yoder Intelligence foundation already being built for the broader company.
The May 12 carport working session repeatedly centered on customer communication, clean handoffs, seven-day updates, installer accountability, post-install follow-up, and making sure customers never feel lost in the process.
Customer service owns the active order journey after sale: confirmation, manufacturing release, customer updates, installer scheduling, issue resolution, and completion follow-up.
The system maintains the status, owner, due date, required proof, communication history, and next action so orders do not depend on memory or scattered follow-up.
The installer workflow captures the day-before call, final payment proof, happy sheet, photos, and customer outcome before the order is treated as complete.
As volume grows, the operating system preserves Yoder Structures' service standards and supports the ambition to become the most trusted and best-reviewed carport company in the country.
This scope keeps the proposal focused: the core platform is already approved, and this addendum adds the carport operating workflow plus the website needed to support it.
A customer-service-led workflow for the complete carport lifecycle, extending the approved internal and external communication tools into fulfillment without breaking conversation continuity.
A public website for the carport division built inside the same operating frame as the software platform.
The addendum is priced as a focused extension of the approved engagement, not as a separate platform rebuild.
| Item | Description | Investment |
|---|---|---|
| Approved Yoder Platform | Existing signed engagement for the shared Yoder CRM and intelligence platform foundation. | $70,000 approved |
| Carport Customer Service Operating System | Division-specific customer-service workflow, order lifecycle, unified call/message history, Idea Room and QuickBooks visibility, manufacturing/install handoffs, two-stage closeout, repair board, and commission reporting. | $45,000 |
| Yoder Structures Website | Public website built inside the same Endo operating frame and database as the approved platform. | $18,000 |
| Current Retainer | Existing ongoing fractional CTO and platform stewardship retainer. | $5,000/month |
| Retainer Increase | Additional ongoing coverage for the carport operating system and Yoder Structures website. | +$1,000/month |
The addendum will be delivered as an extension of the active platform work so Yoder does not end up with separate systems for CRM, carport operations, and the website.
Confirm statuses, owners, gates, user roles, Idea Room handoff, QuickBooks transaction visibility, installer responsibilities, and repair flow.
Extend the approved Yoder platform with the carport order record, service queues, required proof points, unified communication history, and management visibility.
Create the public Yoder Structures website with quote/contact intake, service content, reviews, financing/RTO content, and editable customer-facing information.
Train the first users, move real carport orders through the process, tune the workflow, and refine the system based on operational reality.
This addendum is intended to sit alongside the signed Terms of Engagement and inherit its ownership, confidentiality, and working relationship structure unless separately modified in writing.
This proposal extends the existing signed engagement. It does not replace or reduce the approved $70,000 platform build.
Idea Room will remain the expected source for quotes, order documents, and invoices. Payment transactions will be handled through QuickBooks.
Idea Room, QuickBooks, phone/SMS, finance/RTO, hosting, domains, email, maps, and other third-party subscription or transaction costs remain Yoder expenses.
The retainer increases from $5,000/month to $6,000/month after the carport addendum reaches go-live, providing continued fractional CTO coverage and platform stewardship.
Acceptance of this addendum authorizes Endo Operating Partners to begin the carport extension work under the same working relationship established in the signed Terms of Engagement.
$31,500 of the $63,000 addendum total is due now to begin the carport build. The remaining $31,500 is due at addendum go-live.
The existing retainer remains $5,000/month until the carport addendum reaches go-live, then increases to $6,000/month.
Only the same email addresses that signed the original Yoder Terms of Engagement can sign this addendum. Each confirmation is timestamped and recorded.
