Yoder Structures / Carport Division

Carport Operating System Addendum

This addendum adds the Carport Operating System and Yoder Structures website to the same Yoder Intelligence platform approved in the signed engagement, supporting the goal of becoming the number one carport company in the nation.

Every order has an ownerEach carport order carries a current status, next step, accountable role, and payment gate so growth does not require a large coordination layer.
Best-reviewed carport companyCustomer updates, install proof, review requests, and recovery support the reputation Yoder Structures wants to earn.
One Yoder Intelligence coreConsolidate website leads, CRM activity, order status, service history, and operating knowledge into one source of truth that gets more valuable as the carport division grows.
Unified call and message historySales, customer service, manufacturing, and installers work from the same customer timeline across calls, texts, notes, updates, and install proof.

Built On The Existing Yoder Intelligence Platform

The signed engagement already establishes the shared Yoder CRM, communications, user management, task infrastructure, reporting foundation, Yoder Intelligence direction, and fractional CTO relationship. This addendum brings the carport division into that same operating platform.

One intelligence layer for the carport business

The carport workflow, website, internal and external communication history, customer-service process, Idea Room context, QuickBooks payment visibility, installer handoffs, reviews, and repair history become part of the same Yoder Intelligence foundation already being built for the broader company.

What stays the sameThe existing signed proposal remains in force and continues to fund the shared Yoder Intelligence platform foundation.
What this addsThe carport order lifecycle from down-payment gate through repair board, plus the public Yoder Structures website that feeds the same operating record.
Why this mattersBecause the carport workflow is added to Yoder Intelligence, every website lead, customer conversation, quote, order, payment signal, install handoff, and service issue strengthens the same operating record instead of scattering across separate systems.
A living operating systemAs Yoder Structures learns, scales, and improves, the carport process can evolve inside the same intelligence platform instead of drifting into disconnected spreadsheets or side systems.

Built Around Yoder Structures' Service Promise

The May 12 carport working session repeatedly centered on customer communication, clean handoffs, seven-day updates, installer accountability, post-install follow-up, and making sure customers never feel lost in the process.

Customer service as the spine

Customer service owns the active order journey after sale: confirmation, manufacturing release, customer updates, installer scheduling, issue resolution, and completion follow-up.

Every order has a next step

The system maintains the status, owner, due date, required proof, communication history, and next action so orders do not depend on memory or scattered follow-up.

Install quality becomes visible

The installer workflow captures the day-before call, final payment proof, happy sheet, photos, and customer outcome before the order is treated as complete.

Growth without service drift

As volume grows, the operating system preserves Yoder Structures' service standards and supports the ambition to become the most trusted and best-reviewed carport company in the country.

Addendum Scope

This scope keeps the proposal focused: the core platform is already approved, and this addendum adds the carport operating workflow plus the website needed to support it.

The addendum is priced as a focused extension of the approved engagement, not as a separate platform rebuild.

Delivery Approach

The addendum will be delivered as an extension of the active platform work so Yoder does not end up with separate systems for CRM, carport operations, and the website.

1. Finalize carport workflow

Confirm statuses, owners, gates, user roles, Idea Room handoff, QuickBooks transaction visibility, installer responsibilities, and repair flow.

2. Build operating workflow

Extend the approved Yoder platform with the carport order record, service queues, required proof points, unified communication history, and management visibility.

3. Build website layer

Create the public Yoder Structures website with quote/contact intake, service content, reviews, financing/RTO content, and editable customer-facing information.

4. Launch and tune

Train the first users, move real carport orders through the process, tune the workflow, and refine the system based on operational reality.

Terms And Assumptions

This addendum is intended to sit alongside the signed Terms of Engagement and inherit its ownership, confidentiality, and working relationship structure unless separately modified in writing.

Not a replacement agreement

This proposal extends the existing signed engagement. It does not replace or reduce the approved $70,000 platform build.

Payment flow

Idea Room will remain the expected source for quotes, order documents, and invoices. Payment transactions will be handled through QuickBooks.

Third-party costs

Idea Room, QuickBooks, phone/SMS, finance/RTO, hosting, domains, email, maps, and other third-party subscription or transaction costs remain Yoder expenses.

Ongoing retainer

The retainer increases from $5,000/month to $6,000/month after the carport addendum reaches go-live, providing continued fractional CTO coverage and platform stewardship.

Deposit And Acceptance

Acceptance of this addendum authorizes Endo Operating Partners to begin the carport extension work under the same working relationship established in the signed Terms of Engagement.

Deposit required

$31,500 of the $63,000 addendum total is due now to begin the carport build. The remaining $31,500 is due at addendum go-live.

Retainer change

The existing retainer remains $5,000/month until the carport addendum reaches go-live, then increases to $6,000/month.

Acceptance And Signatures

Only the same email addresses that signed the original Yoder Terms of Engagement can sign this addendum. Each confirmation is timestamped and recorded.
